Osteopathy is a regulated healthcare profession. Every osteopath must hold a recognised degree and be registered with the General Osteopathic Council to practise legally in the UK. Reece holds a BOst (Hons) and is GOsC registered.
Osteopathy is based on the principle that structure and function are connected. When one is affected, the other follows. Reece does not simply treat the site of pain — he assesses how the whole body is functioning, how you load, how you move, where restrictions have developed, and what is actually driving the problem.
The area that hurts is often not where the problem originates. A lower back that repeatedly flares up often has a driver elsewhere — in the hips, the thoracic spine, or the way load is managed through training. Address the driver, and the back stops being a recurring problem.
Every patient is assessed and treated as an individual. There is no standard protocol applied regardless of who you are or how you train. Treatment is built around your body, your history, and your goals.
What osteopathy involves
Full case history and physical examination — not just the area that hurts
Hands-on treatment tailored to your presentation, age, and activity level
Clear diagnosis explained in plain language before treatment begins
Specific home exercises and load management guidance
No GP referral needed — osteopathy is a primary contact profession
Regulated profession
Osteopathy is regulated by the General Osteopathic Council under the Osteopaths Act 1993. Using the title "osteopath" without GOsC registration is illegal. Reece is GOsC registered, No. 11674.

Your first appointment covers your full history, the mechanism of your injury or pain, and a thorough physical examination. You leave knowing exactly what is going on and why.
Treatment begins in the same session where appropriate. You get a structured plan built around your training schedule and recovery goals, not a generic protocol.
The aim is not just symptom relief. It is restoring function, load tolerance, and confidence so you can return to training at the level you were at before, or better.

From the first session, it was clear I was in the hands of someone extremely competent. After a month or so, the results were honestly beyond what I expected. I regained full range of motion, the pain completely disappeared, and I've since been able to return to riding motorbikes, training in the gym, and even combat sports without issues.

He genuinely took the time to understand the issues I was dealing with and how they impacted my life. I can honestly say that not only can I manage my day now, but I've also noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder compared to how it was before the injury.
Sharon H.
He is personable, knowledgeable and explains everything simply. As a personal trainer I recommend him to clients I work with who have an injury or ailments and I personally wouldn't consider seeing anyone else for treatment.
Mat F.
He soon identified it was so much more than a pulled lower back, with my whole posterior chain being tight and overworked. He has worked absolute wonders. His knowledge is far greater than his years.

Reece came to osteopathy via sport. At 16, a Thai boxing injury introduced him to hands-on healthcare for the first time. He went on to qualify as a sports massage therapist before completing a full degree in osteopathy.
Following graduation, Reece spent six months practising on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where osteopathy sits firmly within the mainstream healthcare system. Working across a broad mix of presentations in a high-demand clinical environment gave him an invaluable breadth of experience before returning to the UK.
He now practises in Redditch with a particular focus on sports injuries, strength and conditioning-related presentations, and martial arts injuries.
Our approach
Reece has trained and treated athletes. He understands programming, load management, and why "just rest it" is rarely the right answer. Treatment is built around your training, not against it.
You see the same osteopath every time. No handovers, no getting to know a new face mid-treatment. Reece assesses you, treats you, and tracks your progress from start to finish.
You will not leave your first appointment without understanding what is wrong and what the plan is. No vague reassurances, no unnecessary return visits without reason.
Book online at any time or call direct. Appointments are typically available within the week. No lengthy waits, no referral needed.
