Hip, knee & other conditions · Redditch
Hip impingement. Knee pain from squatting or running. Postural pain from sitting at a desk all day. Tendinopathy that builds slowly and never quite goes away. If it is musculoskeletal, it is worth a proper assessment.
Book Your AssessmentWhat we treat
Reece treats the full range of musculoskeletal complaints. Beyond the most common presentations, there are a number of conditions that sit outside the headline categories but respond just as well to osteopathic care.
Hip pain and impingement are increasingly common in people who squat heavily or sit for long periods. Knee pain from running, cycling, or gym training often has a mechanical cause that responds well to treatment of the hip, foot, and lower limb as a whole. Postural pain from sustained desk posture is one of the most common complaints in working adults and is very treatable.
Tendinopathy, generalised muscle aches, and soft tissue injuries all fall within Reece's scope of practice. If you are unsure whether your complaint is appropriate for osteopathy, book an assessment. The first appointment will make that clear.

Our approach
Whatever brings you in, Reece assesses the whole body, not just the site of pain. The area that hurts is not always where the problem originates.
Your age, lifestyle, activity level, and goals all shape how Reece treats you. There is no standard protocol applied to every patient with the same complaint.
You leave your first appointment knowing what the problem is, what the treatment plan involves, and approximately how long recovery is likely to take.
